Went there to get balloons. Was looking for a certain kind. Two women on the other end of the registers were in their own conversation. Paid me no attention. I asked the person at the first register a question. She never looked up once only pointed. Wow hope they dont make another dime. Took my business somewhere else.

I called and asked 2 simple questions about having an item in stock and i got my answer which was no with an "okkkkkkkkk" after the 2nd question! I was like "I'm sorry that I bothered you"! And Ultimate Party Store just lost a valuble customer!

So many selections. A really family friendly store. The employees were super helpful. I had so many questions and they were extremely patient with me. I love this store. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get party supplies costumes AND toys for the kids. BEST STORE EVER 😍
