Worst experience ever so far. Between the delivery not turning out the way it should have (mind you me having to take off work to wait all day for 3 days and taking my child out of school early because I’m worried I may miss them) and then warranty problems. It’s been over a week we haven’t received our warranty paperwork. The guy keeps giving us the runaround. No ones knows nothing about it. Only thing we have in regards warranty is the written receipt of the amount we paid for the warranty. It’s frustrating. We spent $3000 on furniture and this is what we get service wise.

I enjoyed my time shopping there. My sale associate Ambrose was very helpful while helping me pick out my furntiure. He was knowledgeable of each products. He was patient and work with me. He explained everything step by step. Customer service was very well.

Amazing customer service. Very helpful and patient with you. I’m sending all of my family and friends here for their furniture. You won’t be disappointed. They have a great selection and will go the extra mile to help you find what you’re looking for. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the delivery time. Nasir was great! The West Philly location on 57th and Lancaster.
