Found their website by accident and was more than pleased with their selection. Made a visit and wound up buying a set that I hadn't even thought about. And, I'm, so far, happy with my selection and purchase. It's more comfortable, more sturdy and looks immensely better than what I originally chose. The store manager mad the buying process easier than expected, as well. There was a slight delay in delivery BUT that gave me the opportunity to find accents, paint and other things that made the living room look awesome, once the furniture arrived a mere 3 days later. Would recommend and buy again based on my experience, so far. I give them 4 stars.

Hi, I wanted start by I have been dealing with VIP furniture Outlet for almost 2 years and it has been pleasant especially when I talked to (Dave). My first purchase was a chrome lap set for my mother. It was inexpensive and had very quality look to it. Until this day my mother loves the lamp set and has not had no problems. My second purchase was a dining room set. It was very nice heavy marble set no complaints . Prior to using the dining set I had did research on how to upkeep marble table or granite tops. Also, called to ask how to take care the set I remember Dave telling me exactly what to do and what not to do. So far I had the set for about a year and it has held up pretty good. Third purchase was a bedroom set with the mattress and I love this set so much. The frame work is super steady, reason I tested it and because I did not put it together. Which i think is great if you don't have anyone to help you or your just busy. After I brought sheets and pillows for my bed and it all has been great. Everything I brought from VIP Furniture Outlet has great prices and have held up very well. I will definitely buy again. Want to say it's always best to ask a lot of questions before purchasing and keep a open mind if you don't know something. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! Worst customer service after they get your money. Will lie and say they attempted to deliver your furniture, but never did. They hang up the phone. Paid 1300 bunk beds, mattress and chest, paid also for delivery and set up. They delivered but said someone is right behind to set up. They didn't show up till the next day. My kids slept on their mattress😢. Guy also walked out before screwing on the kids ladder. They forgot my chest, week later still no chest to put my kids clothes in. I asked for my money back for the chest, they said forget about it and laughed. Going back and forth with them today. I would never recommend them for anyone. I hope they get shut down. Check their FB book page same type of reviews. To spend your hard earned money and be treated in this way is reprehensible, they should be ashamed!!! Also bes bugs in new mattress. God bless

My first experience was fantastic. Customer service was great and the delivery man was awesome. Now this time I can not say the same. The salesman was great. He was very helpful and gave me a great deal but I was told I was going to receive my furniture on a certain date between 4-8pm. Now 8:45pm on the date I was told that I would receive my furniture and I have received no call and I have no furniture. I purposely went into the store the day before to confirm my delivery and made a call earlier during the day to ask if they call before coming and was told yes they call before they deliver. Nothing!!! No call no furniture. I am very unhappy

Just financed some furniture for a very good price. My experience in the store was outstanding. I love my furniture! The only problem I had was the delivery guys didn't set up or put anything together but I am very pleased with the quality of my furniture. I'm definitely going to purchase something again.
