I wanted to let someone know i will no longer be doing business with Lowe's. I am having an issue with a piece of equipment that I purchased. Was never offered the extended warranty at the time of purchase and it was not explained that there is only a 30 day return policy. Had either one of those things been clearly stated to me at the time of purchase I would have purchase the additional warranty coverage. In addition to the policy issue I called the Lowe's store number 3169 in Havertown Pennsylvania today where I originally purchased the item. I was told by someone who answered the phone claiming to be a store manager that if I had the original receipt they would accept the return because at the time of purchase I was not notified of the policy or offered the extended warranty. I feel as though that was stated based on them thinking I would not have the receipt but I did. When I attempted to bring the generator back as the " store manager" offered I was told that no store manager spoke to me on the phone and had stated that. I then proceeded to go to the store and was made to feel even stupider by Sharoon in him continuing to state that no one spoke to me on the phone. Through technology I could see exactly when I called the store and let them know that but they were unwilling to go any further into searching for who spoke to me on the phone. While I understand policies I do not understand being treated like a liar which is what they made me feel like. I will never shop at this or any other Lowes store until this is resolved. This is not the first time I've had return issues at this store but it will be the last. I would appreciate someone getting back to me about this. Thank you.

Very nice home improvement center. I've been to many Lowe's and many Home Depots throughout my life, and this Lowe's in particular is the cleanest and friendliest place. I highly recommend coming herefor all your home improvement needs.

I go to Lowes just to find tools and get ideas on ways to improve my home. The employees are always helpful and occasionally know what I'm looking for, even when I don't know the name.

I will NEVER order anything from Lowes again thanks to an awful experience I had ordering from the Havertown store. I ordered a Samsung washer/dryer 3 weeks ago. It was on back order, which I understand. It was scheduled for delivery on 9/14. I never received a confirmation call the day before and when I called Lowes the day of, they said it wasn't on the delivery schedule. They were extremely apologetic and assured me they would notify the delivery company that it needed to be delivered the following day between 11-1. I got my confirmation call and was told my delivery window was 6-8pm!!! The delivery service called me at 8:20pm to let me know they were running late... No one will be home and now my delivery will be delayed once again. Not to mention every time I call the store it is impossible to get in touch with the department I am trying to reach. The phone just rings and rings.
