Worst experience purchasing furniture by far. Yes, this is one of THOSE furniture stores. The "Leather" sectional I was sold and assured that it wouldn't crack is now cracking ~ 2 years later. Surprise surprise, never got it in writing. Shame on me. Considering what we paid for it, id rather light my money on fire and watch it burn. At least then I can rest easy knowing some worthless furniture salesmen didn't tell me what I wanted to hear just to make a sale. Buyer beware, stay away from their financing as well. Instead of paying cash, they convinced me financing would boost my credit score, and I could just pay it off after the allotted amount of time. Great idea right? Wrong. They are sure to call you on the spot every month, until it's time to pay off the remainder. Then they just happen to "forget" so they can roll you into the extended program and charge you 3 times the original store price. Best part: they don't even report to the credit bureau until you go into the extended program. Which defeated the entire purpose. You're better off either going to American Freight or Christianson. Opposite ends of the spectrum, but at least you get what you pay for at either.

I got a fantastic deal on sectional couch that fit my house perfectly. The staff there was friendly and always offering help. The store manager took time to show my wife and I multiple couches and provided insightful expertise in the selection process. The couch was ready to be picked up quickly and the employee at the dock helped me load it into my truck like it was his own piece of furniture. I would highly recommend shopping here for affordable prices, pleasurable shopping experience, and good quality products.

Awful customer service! Had a call yesterday saying they would deliver my furniture TODAY between 10am-12 noon. Got a call at 6pm saying they were at my door (we are out of town for our wedding) and then called back at 6 30 saying they couldnt get in the front desk because they were closed. Best they could do is NEXT Friday. Absolutely done with this store!

Very happy with the service and help Steve R. provided. He worked with me to discover best sofa/sectional for my needs. I had three possibilities that were very different from each other. I haven't been to VCF in years, the quality seems much better. Everything from inexpensive to higher end. I will return for future purchases!
