Worst experience ever. We purchased 4 dressers from here in May and they were delivered right before the 4th of July 2 of them were damaged. We contacted them regarding replacements they sent an email on July 13th saying the 2 dressers are processed to be shipped next week. We emailed them again on July 19, August 19th, 24th, 26th. Finally on September 7th they got back to us saying they would refund us for the damaged merchandise they sent us but we never received it. So we contacted PayPal and had them step in and we STILL haven't received our refund. These guys are liars and crooks! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience shopping in this magnificent store. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and of great quality with good prices. Customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

This company- starting with Demtri was such a incredible experience . This company does business like they are selling to a long time friend or family member!! They truly care and address each question with respect and integrity. I am not kidding!!!! The bedroom set I had found at Raymor and Flanigan for a considerable amount more. I researched online and found a friend in the furniture business. The bedroom set was exactly what I saw at the other place and was delivered with care . They followed up to see how I liked it. ( who does that ?) I wouild recommend furniture store NYC to anyone I know who would like to do business with quality people and receive likewise furniture , thank you
