Sales rep Agy at the Fulton St store was amazing. She really allowed me to have a great shopping experience. Her suggestions were really helpful. There was so much great stuff to choose from and the front desk staff was great. Delivery was on time !!!

After 3 visits, my mom finally decided on a new couch! Sam was incredibly patient and offered wonderful advice!! Excellent customer service! Sam Rocks!!!!

I went yesterday because I was trying to furnish my apartment in Brooklyn. My parents had been customers for Raymour and Flanigan for as long as I can remember so I decided to give it a shot. Since it's shopping for my first apartment, I decided to have my mom go with me since she has been a loyal customer.... So I have been in contact with Sam the sales rep (which seems like the oldest guy in the store). He seemed super nice on the phone, but when I got there... he was really confident in trying to pushing his sales in an uncomfortable way. I was trying to finance with one of their programs and I didn't get approved... So he was asking if I could get the credit from somewhere else. I used to work with sales reps all of the time and I know how they operate so I wasn't completely surprised at all. I don't think that I will be going back to this location because of my overall experience yesterday. Especially how I felt with him trying to take me as a sucker.

I bought a sofa cough from this store and I am so pleased with, it the customer service was excellent, I dealt with Ms. Solana McCurbin she was outstanding and very professional, and this was June 7th 2017 and I never forget how well my sister and I were treated. Thanks Raymond and Flanigan

We had a good experience here. The salesperson was totally helpful and we made our selection easily. Their furniture has been great for us, no complaints.
