I came into the store to catch the presidents day sale and was greeted by Mary-Jeanne Baker, and let me say she was phenomenal! She is personable, and not pushy like some sales representatives can be. I walked out with a sectional couch, rocking recliner and dining room table set for a great price! I would definitely go back.

Went to Ashley furniture looking for a few items and had an amazing experience with Robert N. He was extremely friendly, answered all of our questions and got us the deal we were looking for. Would recommend the store on flatbush for anyone. And would highly recommend getting taken care of by Robert!

Loved Robert, He was very helpful!  I walked in was greeted, was able to find the perfect couch.  It a few days to be delivery, but everything was in great condition.  I'll definitely return to this store.

Really nice place and very friendly staff and service there not pushy and they are very friendly!!! The furniture is good and the prices are definitely worth it for sure!!! They have everything from bedrooms and living rooms to kids furniture and mattresses and more!!! Definitely worth checking out and a lot cheaper than raymor and flanigan.

The in-store service deserves 5*. They claim everything they sell is Ashley furniture. However the couch I purchased is not on their website. I found the same EXACT couch on another website for $800 cheaper (tax, delivery and 5 year extended warranty included). When I called the store I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone I spoke to.
