DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE , I will never buy furniture from this store again. My wife and I take good care of all of our things and our home is in apple pie order. No pets , no smoking, we are very clean people. I bought furniture here at Furniture World about 4 years ago. I bought the 10 year fabric warranty as well. However now after less than 4 years the loveseat has worn a hole in it due to no fault of ours. Also the furniture does not sit well at all and is in general of very poor quality. ( I would say with confidence you would be better off buying your furniture at Big Lots than here ) Considering I paid almost 2,000 dollars for the furniture from Furniture World , I thought it would last longer than 4 years and be of a better quality. Now let me tell you about the 10 year warranty I was sold by them, they are saying now that because the place in the loveseat wore thru, then that is not covered !! Only accidents are covered, in other words if someone sat down with a screwdriver in their pocket and poked a hole in the loveseat then that IS covered, but since we took care of our stuff and did not damage it, then we are out of luck. Think for a moment , if you will , how backwards that is !! That is what I was told by Furniture World. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !! I am a real person and every word I am writing here is the truth.

Poor communication on their part. I was told 3-4 weeks to get my couch and table in. This was perfect timing for Thanksgiving, which I was hosting. I never got a call about an updated time, in fact they didn't know they had my table in stock till I called to ask. My couch I am still waiting on 2 weeks later, they say the manufacturer/freight company is to blame but yet they can't give me details as to why. Have not got a call about when to expect it, I'm going to have to call them again.

The people that work here are great. I went in looking for new living room furniture and the sales people answered all my questions. They made some good suggestions and brought up things I didn't even think of. The quality of the things they sell is very good. I would recommend anyone that is moving to sell their old furniture and get new, quality items here. That way you don't have to move the old junk. I will definitely shop here again when I want a new look for my place.

Horrible.....no other word than, horrible. We ordered a bedroom suit that apparently had to be carved by hand because it took well over three weeks to get to us, but then upon set-up it was discovered that no one ordered the footboard to the bed. Either that, or it was just forgotten and that's what we were told. Anyways, supposedly the footboard was ordered and again it must be getting hand carved in Morocco, because it has been another three weeks, and still no word on where our piece of furniture is located. The best they can do is say that they are calling to find out the timeline of when the footboard will be delivered. If I could choose zero stars I would but I can't, so they get 1-Star. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. Don't waste your time. Go to Furniture Liquidators or some other store.
