Purchased a sectional couch and a mattress a little over a year ago. The mattress formed lumps in it and I contacted Fitzpatrick’s. They had me come in and pick a new mattress out. My husband and I went in, picked the mattress out, and was told the new mattress was $100 more thanI paid for the damaged one. We agreed to pay it and have it added to our account. When I got home and looked at the paperwork they had me sign, it had another year for payoff! So I called and spoke to someone who told me “ yes ma’am we added another year because we had to refinance for the extra $100.” I could NOT believe what I just heard!! They’re going to add another YEAR on me for $100???!!! I will NEVER purchase another thing from this company! I will also let everyone I come into contact with know about this! Facebook and ALL! I truly hope The people of Fitzpatrick’s Furniture can sleep at night knowing how they screw people over!

I love this place! I've been financing from them for a year now and just went in to pick up a few more things :) Lisa is amazing, she helped us out the whole time and she is the nicest sales person I've met. Anytime I get funiture I will come here, they have a big selection to choose from and reasonable prices. It's nice to have a furniture store that accepts young people with not much credit, and also not a huge down payment! Shout out to Lisa again, she is absolutely amazing. :)

I have been doing business here for over 4 years....everyone is helpful...tthey don't walk around the whole time with you...i am always greeted with a HELLO...they all are very professional. .the delivery people are very friendly and pleasant...EVERYONE SHOULD SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT FRIENDLY SERVICE..

Unless you have really bad credit I would not suggest this place.  They treated me like I have bad credit which I do not.  They tried to sell me floor model merchandise that was scratch and dent telling me it was distressed.  Most everything I saw was low quality fiberboard type furniture   which were way over priced.  I only wanted to buy a wingback chair  but they finally pulled one out of the back room and let me see only the legs and it had not been put together,  I told them I would take it if they could get the box in my vehicle.  They said they would not put in my vehicle until after I paid for it and I said that was fine and that rather than pay them $100 to deliver it half a mile to my home I would simply return the item if it would not go in my car and then she informed me that all sales are final.  What if you get something home and find a flaw?   I would not suggest this place unless you are desperate for furniture and have horrible credit.

I really liked this place untill about a few months when my couches started to peel and fall apart. The furniture is not worth the price they sell them for. Horrible staff I purchased insurance and it’s been more than 3 months since they have said they would fix them. I regret getting anything from this place. I’m basically paying for crappy furniture.
