You are in for a treat when you stop in at Fusco's Market! They have the best sandwiches and smoked brisket you will ever put in your mouth! I've been to Texas and eaten all of the brisket you can shake a stick at but nothing compares to Fusco's! Really quick and nice servers that are always making sure I'm taken care of. Please stop in today for a meal and make sure to grab one to go also!

An amazing oasis in the food desert that is Irmo! Loved everything about this place to include the service. We ate inside and started with the fresh mozzarella. This is a must-try while the summer harvest of local/fresh tomatoes is flowing. We both had sandwiches White Russian and House Chicken Salad. Phenomenal! Loved the black bean salad as a side. We ordered desert, too, as the cakes in the case were scratch made, and didn’t arrive frozen in a box. What else could I say other than…Incredible? The mandarin orange cake is a must-try, too. Thank you Fusco’s for staying true to good food, made right, and served with pride.
