Cool sports bar atmosphere and decent food, BUT....overpriced (like everything at the Opryland resort) and the service was unbelievably slow. I am here for a conference of 1000+ attendees (and there is a larger trade show here as well!). Lunch was on our own today (not provided by the conference) and some of the resort restaurants were not even open, so the ones that were had significant wait times, including this one, despite having several open tables. If you rely on conference business, you should be able to predict high demand times and make sure staffing is adequate. As a result of long wait time for a table (over 20 minuets at lunch) ,we were late for our first afternoon session which was disappointing. Also, there was no sweetener caddy on the table, so I had nothing for my iced tea. When I asked the server for it, she seemed a bit put out and then never brought it. Consequently, I drank almost none of my $3 iced tea. I would have been better off with the $12 deli sandwich.

Service is a joke! Food is good and large portions.  Has to be the worst waitress I've ever encountered! For the money you pay,  which is expected in the hotel your at,  you at least expect a pleasant waitress/waiter! Do not waste your time! Many other excellent places to eat at this great hotel!

Food brought out before app, after we said bring the app out first.  Beer was warm and flat.  App came out after our food was served and was totally wrong . Waitress gave excuse that " they always do that in the kitchen".  Too many staff around socializing not paying attention to customers. It's amazing this place is still running with all the bad reviews I've seen. Bringing down opryland hotel stamina.

The waitress are so spunky and really cater to your needs. You should bring at least $25 with you and that's a meal without booze. The food is given in hearty portions but their seasoned fries are delicious and the root beer float is to die for. I have enjoyed the atmosphere and great staff! It's very clean. Definitely will be back to visit!

I came to this “bar and grill” during the day and the service that I had was absolutely fabulous. Later that same day, I came here and the service, at the bar, was absolutely terrible. That didn’t pay any attention to us, they were not personable at all, and I’m almost positive that I’ll never go back there..
