Fusion East will be a destination for authentic Caribbean and Soul Food right in the heart of the East Brooklyn community. Its menu will appeal to the unique culinary tastes of the vast majority of the community residents and also offer options for all people from around the world with an appreciation for great food, décor and service in a family friendly environment. With its convenient location of only a few miles away from John F. Kennedy International Airport and steps away from the most successful mall in NYC, Fusion East is uniquely positioned to provide a unique culinary menu for the masses in search of new options.
Fusion East is a unique twist on the traditional vision of a “fusion” menu. Traditionally, we think of Asian fusion only in the culinary world. Fusion East will be different as it represents an Afro Fusion with a menu of the finest dishes from the Afro - Caribbean and Afro - American cuisines and cultures. The “East” reflects its location in the formerly struggling but now rebuilding community of East New York. In addition to a delicious culinary menu, Fusion East will also offer quality evening entertainment on some nights highlighting the special talents from the world of comedy, poetry and music.
