I have gone to GA nails for 15 years.  They have always been polite & done a fantastic job.  I have seen people come in & act out causing big problems but the staff has always handled it properly.  Give me a break people if you had to deal with people 7 days a week 11 hours a day how many of you would be as polite as the staff of GA nails.  Not all of their clients have very good social skills.

Never know what you are going to get here.  I have had great pedicures, but recently had the worst shellac pedicure ever.  Polish everywhere.  Tech kept using her fingernail to scrape polish off my skin, which on maybe one toe is fine but every single one?  Even with all her effort to tidy it, when I got home and took a closer look, polish was slopped over every cuticle.  Also, color was blotchy and really needed more even coats, but the whole pedicure was done in about 20 min, so it was a complete rush job.

Came in as a walk in waited 5 mins and had quick and great service! Very polite and friendly! I'll be back!

Totally unprofessional. Thankless staff with little regard for the customers experience. If you respect yourself do not go here.
