This is by far the best massage I've ever had, I've been there twice now and plan on returning for my future massage needs.  If you are looking for a fancy spa with a receptionist and herbal tea and a bunch of products they're trying to sell you, this is not the place for you.  Micheal runs his own business in a space he rents in a spa oriented building with other individuals making a living for themselves.  His room is clean and very nice, don't be thrown off by the unconventional building.  He is soft spoken but will always address any needs you have and make sure to focus on your problem areas.  I personally have an injured shoulder with no insurance and going to Micheal for a massage makes a world of difference for me.  I have been to several places in the past for a massage and no one has ever treated my shoulder as well as Micheal.  I will definitely return and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a massage from someone that is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about their work.  Thank you, Micheal!

Great service!  I'm a nurse and I'm running around all day on my feet taking care of others,  then go home to take care of my family.  To be able to relax and pamper myself is always a great treat.  Michael has exceptional professionalism and the atmosphere is heavenly.  The massage was done with even pressure and he made sure to keep good communication throughout.  I will definitely visit  Hands Therapeutic Massage again. Definitely recommending him to my friends and family.

Poor bedside manners. For example I requested he not work on my legs, he then responded that the massage would only be a half hour long  (when I paid for a full hour). I requested he just spend more time on my back and neck instead and he curtly replied, "it's going to be 30 minutes." 
The room smelled of weed definitely NOT incense.
I requested a deep tissue massage and not once felt deep pressure. Not only that but he used his forearms to run the length of my spine which quite frankly hurt but not in a therapeutic sense.
If you have any limited mobility in your shoulders or neck in particular I highly suggest you not use his services as he does not ask or even forewarn your before he decides to whip your arm or neck in the direction he is intending. I thankfully do not have limited mobility or any real painful issues but even then, was taken aback by this.
My massage did up being about 35 minutes when I paid for an hour.

Bought this for the wife and I for Valentine's.... Let's just say it did not exactly set the mood.

I can only echo the other negative reviews here. Michael's room smelled of weed and the salon was loud. I could not relax. Michael cut both mine and my wife's massages short about 15-20 minutes. His techniques were strange and uncomfortable and he did not communicate whatsoever.

Michael is wonderful. His hands work magic. Very professional. His hours & pricing are beyond reasonable. I have & will continue to recommend his services.
