They really need to work on their customer service. Possibly having a more team work mindset. We were without water for about 10 minutes and then when eating our food we ran out of water again, a server that wasn't ours was going around to his tables giving them water but because we weren't his table we were skipped and not checked on.  There was staff right at the front when we walked in and we waited for a table and to be talked to for about 5 minutes.. which is fine but greet your customers with a friendly smile and thank them for their patience as you clear a table for them or when you have a moment to get to them. I enjoy the food here.

Staff was very busy. It's a Sushi bar with a tiny grill menu. We got a red dragon roll and shared a hot sake. The cook may have been new as he forgot an item in our roll. If your in Grants Pass and want sushi, G Street is a good place to find some. The bar as well as the sushi bar was not avaiable for seating yet as of June 6th 2021 when I visited.

I'm a cook at G Street and it's by far my favorite place to work at. My fellow staff are like a second family. I can honestly say I love working there. Can't wait to cook your next meal there! Hope to see you soon.  Vegetarian options: We have quite a few, veggie burgers, a few salad options i.e. cranberry cashew, ceaser, seaweed, garden, etc. Vegetarian yakisoba, we also are happy to make any dish without meat substituting vegetables instead. We also have miso soup soy bean all other soups have chicken or beef broths as a base.

Amazing costumer service. Shout out to Blake, he always kept a smile on his face and was actually pretty quick in getting our food. My daughter has been looking for a place all over town for Tamago and we finally found it. I really recommend it. Amazing food. Amazing costumer service and Amazing Music!

I’ve been here a few times and have always had a decent experience. However I got some food to go today and well.. I’m disappointed. I ordered the Spicy Beef Teriyaki, which had no color, seasoning and very little sauce / no spice whatsoever. Also the portion size for the price I paid is ridiculous. I could have made this at home for less and at a bigger portion with actual flavor : We also got a burger which was also dry and flavorless. The only good thing was the house salad I hope this was only a one time mistake. I was  really looking forward to this meal.

Sake.bombs!!! My best friend and I can't get enough of the them. We seem to always buy 3 bottles. The sushi is to die for. The live music  is hopping ig you catch the right night. Back to the food! If you love sushi this is da placeFood: 5/5

Well this was a pleasant surprise of deliciousness in GP! Its fresh, good portions, served with kindness and care. Finally a place comparable to big city expert sushi: LOVED IT! Coming back for sure.Recommended dishesMiso Soup

Blake was awesome. The food was amazing. Had my favorite -the Fluffy- and chocolate ganache layered cake afterwards. Super good. It was so quiet in there, me and my friend were the only ones there from 4:30-5:30. Nice peaceful atmosphere!Food: 5/5
