I ordered flowers over their website two days in advance and they didnt deliver the flowers to the funeral. Do not buy from these people.
UPDATE:
I called them, they said they were too busy to call me to update me that they werent delivery my flowers and too busy to offer me an alternative. Terrible people, terrible company

Placed a confirmed order on @ 3pm Friday afternoon for Saturday delivery via their website. Saturday at 11:34 I received an email that said they couldn't fill my order after all. Thanks a lot ;-( Can't recommend them after that one.

Right now I'm living up in Michigan...and I wanted to order flowers for my girlfriend.  I checked around the area and kept reading wonderful reviews about Gail's.  Well I'm glad I decided to go with her.  When my girl got her flowers she was absolutely impressed with the arrangement and couldn't believe how beautiful they looked.  Gail was great to work with and I will definitely use her again in the future.

Last December, after my fater-in-law passed away, I contacted Gail to discuss an arrangement for his memorial service.  She was very kind and helpful at a time when we were all in shock.  I brought her an old picture of my father-in-law which she incorporated into the spray, which was a beautiful addition to the memorial service.  Gail is talented and kind.

Not only myself, but several friends have used Gail's and we were all very pleased with the floral arrangements we ordered and received.  Gail was very nice and very helpful.
