Suwanee Towne Florist was my place of choice to buy my wife flowers a few years ago.  The recent experience we had with arrangements for our vow renewal has caused me to search elsewhere for great business and customer service.  

The flowers we ordered were not what we asked for and too large for our desired application.  When we made them aware, we were promised that the designer would correct the mistake - this never happened and we were not able to use the arrangements on our big day.  This was extremely disappointing.

However, thats not all.  When we called to let someone know what had happened, we were treated so rudely and made to feel like it was somehow our fault.  Megan told my wife, it wasn't a big deal!

To top it all off, we were denied access to the owners contact information and told that there was nothing that they could do.

Shame on you Suwanee Towne Florist.  That was the last time you received business from me (and anyone I know if I can help it).

Over $400 down the drain.

Always attentive,  most beautiful arrangements you get and more than you expect.  I named this a Just because arrangement.....  lasted 2 weeks. The flowers are  fresh, the smell from the flowers always  amazing.

Wonderful flowers.  It is hard to shop online and you hope the flowers you pick will look like the image on the site, when your hundreds of miles away.  They even sent a confirmation that my flowers were delivered and sent a picture of the actual bouquet.  They did an amazing job and looked even better than in the photo per my family in Ga.  My Grandmother was thrilled with her Birthday bouquet.  I will definitely be using them again for flowers to send to my loved ones in Ga.  Great job Suwanee Towne Florist.

At first I thought it was a little pricey to order just one corsage. When I received the corsage though it was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny! Also, they’re staffed with super nice and friendly people!

These guys are excellent. Been doing business with them for a long while now and they don't disappoint! I call last minute to get a special request to help another customer out and they hooked us up!
