I was on the fence about ordering flowers for a few reasons. I ordered online today in the AM, and the delivery took place today. I called to follow-up with the online order. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful, and kind. The flower arrangement was GORGEOUS! I am so grateful for the amazing customer service, creative and elegant design. You have gained a new client!

Short version: i never got the flowers, even after taking to them the next day. Long version: .I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife for Valentine's day. I called multiple times to try and confirm the delivery time and was forwarded to a voicemail that was full so I couldn't leave a message. The flowers never came. I used the web site to leave a message, and received a call the next morning apologizing and offering me a larger arrangement if we still wanted the flowers. I agreed. The flowers (again) never showed up. This is not a reliable florist. Missing a delivery on Valentine's day is bad enough, but also messing up the makeup delivery is simply unacceptable.

These flowers are SO fresh! My boy friend loves you guys! Last year he got me flowers from you on Valentines day and they were amazing. The ones I got for my birthday today we just as amazing. Thanks again Gaithersburg flowers!
