Bought a lovely bouquet for my wife to celebrate our fifth anniversary and I had it sent to a very nice French rstauruant on Ellicott City. They delivered perfectly and the flowers look abosolutely great a week later. I typically buy from online sellers without a local shop and those flowers are jot as nice nor do they last so nicely for as long as these have. Needless to say my wife was very surprised and pleased with the flowers. I highly recommend Raimondi's.

Walked in the store and was pretty much ignored for 10minutes. The associate was with another customer but the fact that she saw me walk in the store and did not address me for 10 whole minutes was very unprofessional. Once she did address me she asked can I help you do you need something? I said yes I'm looking for flower arrangements for my wedding. When is your wedding she asked? I told her it was in the fall and she said oh you have time as she proceeded to help the other customer. The customer said oh you can help her but the associate said oh it's ok don't worry about it I'm helping you. The associate then pointed toward the corner and said oh there are some books you can look at and as I asked her to clarify she walked away. So I sat down for the next 20 minutes looking through books as she proceeded to not only help the previous customer but an additional customer who came in after me. I was fine if it was a quick transaction but the fact that she mad extended small talk to the customer was really rude seeing that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes at that point. Not sure why the associate was not very helpful but in my irritation I nicely placed her books back and exited the store.

Riamondi delivered the lovely rose arrangement on time and we appreciate that but while my 94 year old mother loved the arrangement, she counted (and so did her caregiver) the number of roses in the bouquet and found that Raimondi had only given her 11 roses, not 12. My mother called Raimondi and they sent over ONE MORE rose on Mother's Day. Kind of ridiculous that they can't count the roses BEFORE sending out the bouquet for delivery. A little sloppy performance and hence the 3 stars. Not sure I would use them again!

Friendly staff. Flowers were very fresh and lasted a long time.
