The Gallery at the Vault is a sheer delight for the senses, with a huge range of beautiful items by terrific Vermont artists. I always have the most wonderful time working with manager Marilyn Miller, who is an absolutely delightful person. She is friendly and welcoming, has a smile for everyone, and really knows her art! Whether I'm looking for a piece of glass, pottery or jewelry as a gift, or a painting by one of many professional artists, I always come away happy. I highly recommend the Vault when you are in Springfield - you are in for a treat!

The staff, Marilyn at the tag card, and a woman said, "PLEASE, do NOT TOUCH your cart." Obviously, I had a stroke and no handicapped access; you have to climb one stair with 56 Main Street Restaurant which I can do. I know Jerry, the manager at 56 Main Street Restaurant, a pleasant likeable man. I know several artists: Gil Perry, Matthew Peakes, Jean Carbonetti, but I decided NOT to buy Marilyn because of the snobby manner. In the fall, a short, older woman, I guess the manager, who asks me question of sketching, I enjoy this older woman, but Marilyn, forget it! Too busy socializing with her friend. I had enough and I open the door in 56 Main Street Restaurant, but it lock. I said,"I need to get out, please." Marilyn said, "The door is lock. I will go around and open the door." I feel humilation, ashamed when I should not at all. I was UNINVITED. Marilyn opened to the door, she told me "You need to step down." "Yes, I know." Again, I decided NOT to buy Marilyn, the staff. I have $400, but too bad. Never AGAIN! NO HANDICAPPED RAMP. I AM ASHAMED, HUMILIATION, AND DISABILITY, TOO.
