Nice hotel with friendly staff. The restaurants had good food and the atmosphere was excellent in all of them. This hotel is in a great location with remarkable views and within walking distance to many downtown attractions. Just a few organizational things keep this hotel from 5 star rating. When we first got to the hotel, our room was dirty and looked like the previous tenants had left a few minutes before we arrived. We were in for a conference and the concierge did not know where the meeting room was and sent us to the wrong place.....Several times.

This would not be my first choice of hotels in the area.  It was mediocre at best.  Not very appealing from decor to dining to service.  It wasn't horrible but lacks the standards of most established hotel chains. Location is excellent.  Dated interior that is really showing wear.  Housekeeping standards in my room were sub par.   People were nice but concierge was entirely disengaged. Again, not horrible but there are much better options.

Great location and amenities.  The room was a little dated as some of the other reviews stated,  but the size and comfort level more than made up for it. We were upgraded to the most spacious suite! It was bigger than my first apartment! My only regret with this stay was that we were only able to stay one night.

The room was very simple and fairly bare bones. It lacked a fridge, the phone was missing buttons, it had the lingering scent of cigarettes and the dresser drawers had a hard time staying closed. It was sort of a let down in all honesty. However, the redeeming quality of my visit was the beds. Despite being bare bones, they were still very comfortable and easy to sleep on. That all being said, for the price we paid,

They gave service with a smile. We completely enjoyed our stay. The view was pretty at night. Their New Year's Eve event was quite enjoyable (the only exception was some of the food that was supposed to be hot was actually cold.) Their margaritas at their Conservatory were the best.
