Great customer service, but with a long wait. There were two employees at the front counter but only one of them could do game trade ins, that is a big part of their business so I feel like that could be improved. The wait was 10 min, which was justified because it was about 5 customers in front of me and the employee was moving very quickly and professionally.  I was very happy to get much more for my traded game than I had seen online because they were running a promotion for preordering Destiny 2; I got about 30% more. I will continue to go here, I just know it is a busy place and I cannot be in a rush.

These guys have tons of new and pre-owned games and take trades on your old games and consoles too!
Plus they have you covered for new stuff coming out like games, pop figures and consoles just waiting for you to pre-order. And they have Cricket there so you can go in grab a game or two and pay your bill at the same time. Its win/win
