Very professional location, the people working always go above and beyond to help out in every way. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for any general help. I just really want all to know; Darrell, Derek ,Barrett, and  Nicole are a tremendous help.

This store tells you your bill will be one amount but the main office tells you to pay more than that. Then your service gets disconnected because you pay what this store says you owe but you find out your bill is higher. For instance they told us $120 for our plans and everything and it's been disconnected twice because our actual bill is $243 a month. This store knows nothing. Choose a better carrier that knows what they're talking about.

I went to this store yesterday and received some of the best customer service I have gotten in a very long time. The team there, especially Dave D, went above and beyond to get me service switched over from Consumer Cellular (I can't warn folks enough to avoid that company! ). After all they went thru, unfortunately it turned out that the service in my rural location was not adequate. But today, they went out of their way to have everything waiting for me to move to another company and made sure I got everything I needed to facilitate the move. Not once did I feel pressure to not move to the different company. I highly recommend Dave and the rest of his team at the Sprint Store in North Bend. Well done, gentlemen! And many thanks for all you did to help me.
