Only GameStop I will go to. Have been for years. I'm no longer a gamer but my son is a die-hard one. I pre-order all his games here. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I tried to reserve a xboxonex at this store.  It became a case study in why game stop is losing its market share.  
    A clerk, who claimed to have been with the company since before gamestop consumed its Canadian competitor, was a train wreck of social skills. He insisted that he wouldn't trade duplicate games.   The joke is that I have been a customer 7 years, and stores in UT, FL, NY,  AND TX made exceptions.  The system shows that i purchased both games a month earlier in the same game stop, had gamestop prepwned stickers on them, and my wife the other player was present.   
    I'm enjoying the best buy 20 percent off new games gamers club now, thanks for motivating me to shop elsewhere!  Head over to the gamestop by Costco 20 minutes is worth the better experience.
