Your tech Lascelle Slater is outstanding. He's patient and VERY knowledgeable.  I get FAR BETTER service from him than I do from your CC service line.  I waited 1.25 hours for service on Friday and your service rep couldn't fully help me.  I told him I would go to the Target store.  Plus I don't like the off shore service techs you have.  Can't understand most of them from India.  At this point I am unhappy with you customer service.  You need to do a lot better for me to toot your horn!!

Target is the Christmas. Store ! A clean and bright place to shop! Friendly , helpful employees. Target goes the extra mile for all their customers☺

Shopping for Christmas can be stressful by itself but when you encounter rude employees it can go south really quickly. I was walking down a straight line an a group of employees kept walking like they didnt see me. But they did. If I had not moved my cart they would have ran right into me. 

The girl seemed to be young, blond and very healthy for lack of better words. 

Lastly, the young man in Tech support spent more time staring at the young girls rather than helping customers. 

I believe that if you are walking with a group, employees should be vigilant of shoppers. No customers equals no business. 

THis Target is ran like a Walmart.

I frequently shop at target. The store is clean and the service is really helpful especially the customer service counter.

My husband and I went on a Sunday evening and a girl nearly hit us with her car in the parking lot. We yelled at her to stop as she was zooming around the corner speeding. She then has the audacity to talk back to us after she nearly hit us while we were walking into the store. She yells to us that she's a great driver and wasn't going to hit us. As it turned out this idiot happened to work there!!! She works behind the front desk at customer service. She is arrogant and completely reckless. She dresses like a slob. Her clothes were too tight on her and she has blue dye in her hair. This girl should be fired. Haven't shopped at this store since this occurred. Totally unacceptable behavior from an employee.
