The new manager is very obnoxious. We used to go in all the time to see what new stuff they have. Anymore we avoid going in because she might be working. There's one good employee there and she's been there for years and I can never remember her name. Really nice. Understands that sometimes people just want to browse, and if she makes sales suggestions, it's relevant, so the total opposite of the manager. I'll never understand why they didn't make her the manager after the previous manager left. We go to East Peoria or I go to the one near by my work anymore to see what they have.

Dont shop here often but at Christmas time the grandsons are estatic !!!! If it makes my babies happy then it makes Nana happy !!!

Awsome store. If ur collector this is the store. If ur a gamer this is the store. Friendly and helpful employee

Service has gone down extremely since the GameStop has gone under new management. I have been buying games for 7 years at this GameStop and they had the best staff until the new manager fired every single one of the employees and replaced them with inexperienced and non friendly employees. Something needs to change or I will not be shopping here again.
