My 5 stars are for the pharmacy and the staff. The pharmacy is so kind and goes above and beyond. I understand it’s a difficult environment to operate in when they can’t be open on weekends now. Would love this team to get more support and coverage!! The staff downstairs is also kind and helpful. As for the store, I wish they could have the support they need. Fixing the elevator, staying on top of deliveries, etc. The staff is awesome but it’s clear they need more support from corporate. And they deserve it!!
Not the main Rite Aid I shop at but my stop here was a good experience. I can't complain about it unless it happens to me. Staff was helpful and friendly as well. I went on a very busy day for the holiday season/Christmas time. So there was extra staff around to help out if needed. Rite Aid stores are mostly very good with their prices. They are in the moderate price range.
This store is absolute chaos. The last few times I have been in, there are boxes strewn about and piled up high. There is so much mess, that the aisles and elevator are blocked - which is a major accessibility issue and hazard.
If I were to put “0” I’d be happy to. I came in at 6:35pm on Wednesday to check out at the register. The cashier ran my products and start talking to her other employees without letting me to pay and go. I ask her to let me pay please as I need to go on what she said “ I am talking, you don’t interrupt me, you don’t do that. If you can’t wait you can leave now”. Yes, of course I left and ask her to keep on “talking”. I used to come to this store constant and loved it now with such rude customer service, never again !! Also, it is very dirty there !
I was trying to purchase a deodorant and nobody has the key to open the glass cabinet l waited but l left it was a bad experience.
Sadly the manager here is lazy. He had me type in my information for tax exemption like literally had me come behind the register because he thinks it'll be easier. Wow. Just wow. The gentleman from the pharmacy pain aisle was awesome though. Give him a manager position clearly the manager doesn't want it.
Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a framed picture for same day pick up 4 days ago. Woman called that day and asked if I mind if the frame is a different color than what I originally ordered. I said yes and she said she was working on the order. I call today to ask about the status as the picture still says “in process.” They tell me the order will have to be canceled because they have no frames. I ask if they can check on frames. The woman checks and they do. I have now been at the store waiting for 30 minutes as I watch them bang the frame together with no updates or acknowledgement. Extremely rude staff who do not know what they are doing.
They are definitely getting all the stars today! Big shoutout to JOHN for taking the time to address my insurance issues/concerns and taking care of me. I appreciate you brother! Keep up the great work.
The store had inventory in the idles and most of the cashiers were not friendly. We waited for several minutes at the pharmacy without anyone offering help until we asked a pharmacist at the front to find someone to help us. We were in line just before 6pm and were asked to go downstairs to checkout since the pharmacy was closing. When we finally checked out our receipt was printed on the wrong side of the receipt paper. The manager threw away the receipt and when we asked for a reprint dismissed our request. Upon our insistence that we receive a printed receipt, the manager said I had to wait for them to close the upstairs registers until they would print one from the POS computer. In total we spent 30m more than we needed to waiting for a simple checkout.
Desperately needs change in management and attitude. Never thought a simple return would become so unpleasant. And nope, it’s not like I started the interaction in an unpleasant manner either. Just a “hello, I’d like to return these” You could tell the cashier was annoyed simply because she had to process them. And from then on it was all attitude, attitude, attitude. I’ve been here a couple of times and am running out ways to sympathize with people who are clearly miserable workers.
