I've shopped here for years and it's a great store with awesome employees. However, the new manager, Tom, is terrible and honestly makes me hate going there. I've talked to friends and everyone seems to dislike him. Not only is he kind of rude but he's shady as well when it comes to game warranties. Both me and a friend noticed he'd added them to transactions of ours without our consent and charged us extra money for a service we didn't want. Unacceptable. Again, I love the store and everyone else, but the new management is ruining it for me, I actively avoid going there when I see him working.

Wish they had older consoles still like game cube or n64 and stuff like that.

Doesn't have the gamer store feel. I was talked down to as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Won't be visiting here again

We will NOT go back to this store! EVER! We have spent $$$$ in this store. Went there tonight for the Nintendo Switch launch and were treated terribly. My son, 15, was first in line. 2 other people come in and start talking with the employees. Next thing we know someone who has worked there for years comes to the front counter and tells my son the only way he'll get a Switch is if one of the other 2 guys credit cards don't work!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Completely disappointed! We left to say the least.... Went to Walmart. Much nicer ppl. He was 2nd in line and got the Switch. Shame on you GameStop.
