Very rude employees. Natia was extremely professional: on her phone, misplaced name tag, and was sitting with her feet up on the register. This location has disappointed me more then once in fact I preordered a FUNKO pop figurine to which they sold. And When I asked Natia where else I may be able to find this figurine she rudely told me she did not have to help me. When I asked for her manager or district diector's information she threw the business card at me. I have never been so disrespected. And for what honestly a $11.99 product is not worth such rude treatment. This Gamestop has lost my business and what a shame being it's the closest one to my house.

I went to gamestop and purchased Far Cry Primal for PS4, I payed full price for a new game. When i got home i realized the box was wrinkled and the label was moldy. The game played fine but i had to throw away the moldy box because gamestop claimed i did the damage

I recently had a bad experience at this gamestop. For one I have called multiple times just to be put on hold to have never heard from anyone again after 10 minutes of waiting. Secondly I would just recommend more professional management seems like they don't take their job very seriously.

When I first moved to the area I was skeptical of this location only judging from the outside but once I went in, I was proven wrong.  These guys are awesome and always willing to help.  Game and console releases couldn't have been easier.  Kudos to these guys.
