I went into Verizon to get my phone replaced. It took a little extra work to get into my account but the staff was very patient and knowledgeable. I recommend this Verizon store to anyone in the area. I walked out with a new phone and it works great.

I would come back with more business. Mike was very helpful with all my questions. Store is clean and bright, easy to find what I'm looking for. Will be back again!

Al Jackson provided great customer service, I came in the store to have my phone check as I don't what was wrong. Apparent my he found in my Google login issues. He tried to resolve my issues with patience and put on s smile trying to resolve it. I would recommend Al Jackson at this Joppa road store. 5 Thumbs to for Al Jackson.

My experience at the Joppa rd location with Al Jackson was exceptional. His patience and explanation of the devices made me feel really happy. He didn't just try to sell me a phone but helped me understand my needs. He listened to my concerns and recommended options not overloading me with unnecessary information. I am happy to be in the 21st century.
