Not my personal experience but my boyfriend's experience but i was there for it so he took his bow in to see if they could fix it and put a new string on for him almost two weeks ago.....he just got it back today. Not once did he ever receive a phone call about the status of his bow. He called and called and nobody had any information then he went to go pick it up to get it from them and nobody cared that communication was horrible. If no one could do anything for him they should have called and told him so instead of having him wait for nothing. If you want your things taken care of with proper communication DONT go here because nobody cares

Twice I've seen the smart alec firearms dealer tell women they don't know what they were looking for. One of my colleagues who hunts and served in the military was told that shopping for a rifle is not like trying on shoes. Well in all technicality it is. Got to get a feel for the rifle. Is it heavy? Is the stock going to seat correctly? Does it have a scope and does the eye relief work for you? I wear glasses, sometimes it's hard and have to readjust the scope forward. So good job buddy on treating someone poorly and giving the worst analogy

First off, this is a great all-around store for anything outdoor. They are typically less expensive than Dick's Sporting Goods. Secondly, their staff there is great. "Stacey" in Customer Service is fantastically helpful and very cordial. "Allison" in Shoes was so compassionate when I was struggling to find a good pair of shoes that didn't hurt my feet, yet provided arch support where I needed it. Finally, they typically always have the fishing equipment and the ammo I need. The ONLY negative I have is that they do try to appeal to higher end customers by offering UA, North Face, etc. and not a lot of Clearance items. Luckily, when I went last week, they had a couple of racks of clearance items. Great workers, very helpful. Wish I could do a 4.5 rather than a 4 star. :(

Pretty Crappy! It's no surprise they are going out of business!! When the liquidation (everything MUST go) price is still so high that it takes your breathe away! Name brand, low quality, exorbitantly overpriced merchandise!
