Very good ! I purchased a pair of shoes on 6/15/16 and had amazing help from an salesperson named tyler be SURE to give him a pay raise and wish him goodluck in his boxing career !

I visited the Bloomington, Indiana, store and purchased a pair of shoes for my grandchild with a check. About an hour later, my son called to tell me that he had already purchased shoes for the child. I immediately went back to the store and advised them I wished to return the shoes. I was told that I would have to wait ten days to process the check. Because they were still holding my check, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was given a number on the back of the receipt and put on hold for more about 30 minutes. No one ever came on the line. The store would not give me a credit, accept the shoes and agree to send me a check. Zip. Nada. I have to come back personally in ten days with the shoes and the receipt and I live out of town!!
