Customer service is great. Repaired my boots quickly. Did a great job on them. I have no problem recommending them as a shoe store and a repair store.

I've been going to Grundman's since I was a child. Always friendly and willing to help with any of your special shoe/foot needs. They sell all types and brands of shoes, boots, orthotics and even make shoes from scratch, or remodel the shoes you have as per Dr's orders.

Good experience they tried to do everything they could to satisfy my problem and they took time to ask me what was wrong they took time to try to fix it so I was pleased with the visit today.

Poor service. Brought in a pair of dress shoes to be re-soled. The cobbler managed to damaged the side of the shoe upper by running the needle through it several times. They also installed the wrong profile sole, and now the shoes look like a strange hybrid between a square toe and a round toe shoe. They did not disclose the damage to me, but when I brought it to their attention they stated that the needle had bent and it was an accident. They refunded my money due to the damaged upper, but refused to address the issue of having warped the appearance of the shoes with the wrong shaped soles installed. 

I was told the repair would take 2 weeks, but I had to wait closer to 4 weeks. Nearly $70 to have the shoes resoled, and now they are unwearable. My money was refunded, but the shoes are still ruined.
