Great customer service! My wife and I order from them often. Last time I came by I forgot my wallet and they did not accept Android pay. So the owner told the manager to tell me not to worry about it for today. Great way to keep loyal customers. I will be sure to pay it forward. Thank you!

There are flavor pumps on the fountain drinks. Coconut with Diet Dr. Pepper. Urban Cowboy tasted good. Got food poisoning changed review to reflect.

Not happy. In fact VERY DISAPPOINTED.
A philly creme cheese STEAK sandwich should be STEAK not roast beef barely warmed up.   They were out of the peppers but i wasnt told that when i ordered and they dont even have ny husbands favorite wirh turkey and stuffing 
This is the one in Spanish Fork Ut 
The Gandolfo's in St George Ut is fabulous 
They use steak and grill up all ingredients together to bring out the flavor of the steak onions cheese and peppers together 
What i got was just a luke warm roast beef sandwich... would have got a better one at Arby's

I have been going to this location for years but the past few times I have ordered from here I have not been impressed.  I love Rueben Sandwiches and Gandolfo's used to be my favorite!  The last time I ordered it all of the meat was on one side of the sandwich and the meat was sliced very thick.  I also ordered a Chaz bagel from them a week ago and they forgot my avocado.  So it was just a Turkey & Swiss Bagel... I got all the way home before I checked the sandwich.  Not sure if I will go here as much as I used to.  The owner guy is really nice, I just think the employees need better training or something.

Damn I feel like every time I come here I get shorted money, drinks or food. For hevans sake stop trying to charge me so much for a sandwich and then short me on somthing.
