The guys who work there, "Baby Face Cody" and "Saint Patrick" are the friendliest and funniest guys I met during my entire trip. They are knowledgeable and smart and have a comical way of teaching facts. The hats are amazing too. I definitely recommend visiting this place to everyone.

I was expecting so much more. Being a gangster museum, it should be full of interesting and cool items. Exhibits and the overall museum were just average at best. Get some more guns, sports cars, news clips, and explosives.

Highly disappointed. The 2 men in there NEITHER, knew the products they had on the shelves. 1 claimed bcs he worked as the museum guide & wore a hat that looked 2 sizes to small. The other was a rude young man who wore a hat 2 sizes to big! I felt like ALICE in Wonderland. The place DOES NOT offer sizing ie, steaming or shaping of their hats which was shocking to me. It's an off the rack, out of the box store, either it fits or too bad. And the selection was rather a snooze-fest as well. They all pretty much looked alike to me. I had a friend who had been in there as well and both our visits resulted in NO SALE!! WAKE UP OWNER!!

This is an inexpensive, informative museum that is definitely something different. Great for a tourist visit and its really well put together. Cool souvenir shop with unusual stuff.
