Not too bright, can't or won't remember your name no matter how many times you go there. cleaning gets done off site like everybody else by the same place as everybody else. $1.10 per mans dress shirt plus tax. No better, no worst. (update) not any improvement, it's a 50/50 shot, they ripped one of my shirts across the back.....they claimed it came in that way....I'm the one who dropped it off...then they claim they called me out it.....really?

They are just above average. Exactly what you expect for the price. Not the best customer service

Went to pick up my shirt and slacks and they said I am not in their system. They stole my clothes. What goes around will come around. Thieves.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOTHES HERE!! I dropped off three work shirts with the cuff-link buttons on the sleeves. When I picked up my items, the buttons were gone!! The lady tried to lie and say their were no buttons on the shirts when I dropped them off. She lost my buttons or pocketed them, but I know there were buttons on all three shirts. So now I am missing six buttons for my work shirts that I will be liable for. I will never use this cleaners ever again.

THE WORST!!!!! I dropped off my dress there to get cleaned and when I came to pick it up they said that I never dropped it off?!?!? They did not refunded me or anything. They said that I was lying and wrong but when I asked to speak to the manger they said that that they didn't have one and the oneeee worked "far away. So don't even bother wasting your time there unless you want to lose your clothes and waste your breath on people who do not care about customer service
