DO NOT GO AND GET YOUR CLOTHES DONE HERE... The staff is very rude and do not communicate with the customers. They take money before they provided you with their service. I took clothes worth more than 500 dollars and when I went to go pick them up they get lost some how and asks me to wait a week to get them back or to find them... this is NOT THE FIRST TIME. They take clothes with GOOD BRAND

Do not bring any specialty clothing that you don't want to risk getting damaged. I had a NEW $500 suede jacket completely ruined and management did nothing to correct issue. Had to open a better business Bureau claim and threaten legal action with punitive damages for the owner to reach out and correct issue. After all was said and done, he bought a new jacket but I still had to pay for the cleaning. This place only accepts cash for a reason. Avoid at all costs.

VERY BAD DO NOT COME HERE, THEY "LOST" MY CLOTHES AND THEY DONT WANT TO PAY ME BACK?? worst place I have been to DONT RECCOMENT ANYONE to come here DONT!! They will steal you and be like oh we lost it we can't do anything about it now

VERY bad service and they are not honest at all! They some how "lost" my clothes worth over $300 like seriously? And this is not the first time.. she tells me she needs time to find my clothes like really? Don't come here unless you want your clothes taken and ruined and i don't recommend anyone coming here at all, they are also very rude they yell at you like it doesn't matter infront of the rest of customers. Again very very bad attitude dont come here at all!!!

We have been loyal happy customers of Kristie's for over 20 years and always received great customer service. Unfortunately, it has come to an end. I purchased a new blouse and took it in to have it pressed. It came back with a long snag and a stain down the front of it. We waited over 3 weeks for the manager or owner to contact us. (I had provided the receipt to confirm that I just had purchased the blouse.) A manager contact us and instead of a calling first, they ordered a new blouse even though we told them we had already replaced it two weeks earlier. We arrived to speak with the manager and she fought and with us. Of course, blaming us for the damage on the blouse. She said, "We don't reimburse customers but only 10 or 20% of the amount, but I am told you are a long-standing customer." Her exact words arguing with us over and over again, "We are doing you a favor." Then she goes on to say, "We got it cheaper." In the end, angry, we did walk out with a full refund. "We will now do you a favor Kristie's, we will no longer be customers nor recommend you.
