Very bad and unprofessional experience. Misleading sale strategy by the salesperson as well as the inhouse manager. The manager very rudely and aggressively let's you know he doesn't care if you find out that they are misleading you to buy a car at higher price than they write on  the tag displayed on the car.

I was about to pay to buy the car at  Norwalk showroom .. when they started asking the higher amount than what they had displayed on the car as a reduced price. Pathetic service and customer handling. You almost feel threatened by them

I feel cheated!!

They put a lower price tag on a used car and when you like that car they say the lower price tag was by mistake. Then they say we spoke to our general manager and if you finalise today itself and pay a booking deposit we will give you that price. And when you come back to finalise the car they demand for a higher price. What would you call it

Not a fan. Went to buy a new car, bad experience. Then also a used car deal was a waste of time.
