Hands down the best service in town. I have owned 2 Acuras and my next car is going to be an Acura as well. I have never been treated better.

I've been taking my car there for service for 2 years and the work is always excellent and the changes are cheaper than the local mechanics

Once you buy a car from them and they have your money, they could care less about their customer service. I bought a brand new car, which was never inspected properly. I know this because once I got on the highway the tires felt as if they were going to fly off. They replaced all my tires the next day. With less than 3000 miles on my car, a bubble appeared in my rear tire. Knowning I had not hit anything I asked for it to be replaced, they refused to contact the manufacturer (after the issues with my first set of tires, I am convinced I had gotten another faulty one) and forced me to pay for a new tire. I even put a call into General Manager, Amy, who instead of calling me back herself, made a service rep do her dirty work...so unprofessional. THEN, I made an appointment for an oil change, because I was leaving my car and coming back for it I was told they would need it for 4 hours, to get the "waiting" customers out of the dealership as they were the "priority." They didn't care that I too had an appointment and needed my car back.  DO NOT BUY FROM DEVAN ACURA.
