Excellent service! 
John Corcoran is the most responsive, honest, and cost effective customer advocate that I have dealt with in the past 5 years and this comparison applies to other service oriented businesses, not just automobile. MINI of Fairfield is very fortunate to have him on their staff. He deserves a promotion or a raise!

I worked with Joy who was an excellent help. She kept all my requirements in mind, and never once tried to offer something that wasn't in my budget. She explained everything, line for line, and made sure I was getting the best deal for my money. She was warm, friendly, and great overall!! The entire staff was excellent, in every way that each one helped. I feel much better knowing I purchased my very first financed car from this dealership. Outstanding customer service.

Mini of Fairfield facilitated a wonderful experience servicing my Mini Countryman.  Very professional and accommodating.  I took my car in thinking it needed an oil change and breaks.  They could have just done both and charged me, but upon realizing I did not need new breaks yet they called to inform me and did not do unnecessary work.  This seems the obvious response, but many other dealerships and mechanics would have simply taken the win and charged me. 
Most dealerships also will not provide a loaner vehicle if you did not purchase your car there.  Mini of Fairfield is not one of these.  They offered the loaner with no questions asked, gave it to me with a full tank of gas and did not charge me for the miles I used.  Considering my commute is extensive, this was a big help.  They also were more than happy to allow me to bring back the loaner after hours and facilitated me picking up my car while they were closed.  
I have rarely had such a nice experience with a dealership.  Such a stark contrast to a Rhode Island dealer I went to a few months ago who was not at all accommodating, and tried to sell me unneeded new tires, stating mine were worn, which they clearly were not.
I would recommend Mini of Fairfield's service department to anyone in the area.

Joy made this the best car purchase experience I've ever had. So kind, patient and has a gorgeous smile. She is wonderful, I love my car and I love Joy. Thank you MINI!

Had another great experience with Service Department at this dealership.  Had a bit of an emergency with a blown tire and they were great at getting us in and out and to a meeting we had first thing in the morning.  Really appreciate everything they try to do and they are always fair and helpful in walking through everything on the service ticket.  Want to say a special thank you to Peter for his effort and we will be back soon for scheduled maintenance.
