The portion size keeps getting smaller and smaller -- it's literally a fraction of what it used to be. I'm paying full price for a child's serving. They are constantly running out of items. And the staff is wildly inconsistent -- Today you could tell one employee in particular was obviously not happy to be there. It's a shame, because this place used to offer such great food and friendly service. Not anymore.

Seriously!? This is what you offer customers at full price when you run out of options (cucumber & tomato) and cabbage? The least you could have done was discount the price if your not able to give normal portions... this seems to be an issue at every garbanzo I’ve been to, extreme portion control issues. It’s sad- I like the option of eating fresh food when I’m busy- but I won’t continue to spend money here if this keeps happening. Oh, and I emailed corporate and never heard back. Bad customer service-

I love this place. Food was perfect! Star was very nice and helpful also very knowledgeable with everything I asked about. Very nice lady. Good job Garbonzos. Perfect!!! I will definitely come back to visit Ms. STAR!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I will eat at Garbanzo's but will NEVER eat at this location again. Service was horrible. Food was stale.

I love the food at garbanzo's restaurants but time after time again and again this store has let me down. The food and vegan options at the chain is worth 5 stars but this store gets one. I go in time after time again and never get offered a felafel sample. I see the other stores change their gloves but not this store. Its really bad this guy Dom must have been stoned out of his mind. Don't know who let him run the store by himself. I come into this store many times without a manager. When i got there, there was no felafels. Had to ask for a felafel sample 4 times. Then he started making my food and was dancing to the music and not really paying attention to what i was saying. Made multiple mistakes that i didn't make him correct because i was on my lunch break and just wamted my food. When he made half my sandwich and finally dropped the felafels, they were black and super hard when they came out. I had asked for them crushed before he dropped them. And after he pulled them our he opened the gross panel doors of the fryer and messed with a knob and settings and was messing woth stuff with the same gloves and the felafels basket in other hand and then broke them up in my food. Did not change his gloves. I'm vegan and i have a chicken allergy and i felt sick after eating this last time. I always have issues with this stores sanitation and changing gloves for me. Very disapointed.
