It's pricy but tasty. We had 7 in our party so between us we tried a wide variety of menu items and everyone was happy and impressed with the fare. Host staff was dismissive and oblivious but our server was attentive and friendly, if a little less than knowledgeable about the varieties of chili peppers the restaurant serves. We've enjoyed the Colorado Springs location too. Prices make this a place we likely won't go to often, but it's an enjoyable place to take a group that likes Mexican food.

It’s a good choice for families looking for a good chain restaurant. Prices, food, ambiance pretty much average. I had the beef tacos and they were pretty good. Also tried the sopaipillas for dessert, and not that great.

Service and portions good. But execution on food not so much. I liked salsa. Ordered simple, chicken crispy taco and cheese enchilada with red chilli sauce. Taco good sized and tasted good. Red chilli sauce horribly salty. Beans rice and chili sauce were either microwaved or left under the broiler too long. Looked like microwave to me. Just got the bill....5.50 for a bud? Really? What a joke. I'm sure there are lots of Mexican restaurants in this area with better food and prices in the bar.

Great for lunch, food was out less than 5 minutes after ordering. Recommend the lunch chicken fajitas with flour tortillas, but be ready for a lot of food! Will definitely go again.

Hacienda had been a favorite lunch spot for my wife and I for a few years now. The food is fresh and very consistent. If you are going by for lunch I highly recommend the steak tortilla combo with the white tortillas I could eat those plain all day long. The atmosphere can be a bit loud which can make conversation difficult, but when the food comes out it's never a problem as I'm too busy scarfing down my meal.
