The food is always good here with lots of options to customize! Multiple times they have been good at accommodating the large group that is our family (often 12 or so people) and catering to my father's picky preferances of what kind of seating arrangements are acceptable for our large group. And the couple of times that food has not been quite right, they have always made a good effort at fixing the issue. I highly recommend this restaurant! It is just such wonderful and unique food, and usually a nice, relaxing atmosphere.

Love Hacienda. This isn't Tex-Mex...if that is what you're looking for, this isn't it. It is really good though! We have tried multiple dishes and have always really liked whatever we had. Their salsa is delish and their drinks are strong and well mixed. It is usually pretty busy, so expect a wait.

Almost everything was awesome during our meal, except the fly hanging around our table, but eh, you can't really blame the restaurant. Food was excellent, service was alright, staff was friendly. Restaurant appeared clean, all the usual suspects of a good meal from a 4-5 star rating place. Then I saw one of the cooks use the bathroom and then rinse his hands 1-2 seconds, shake them off, and call it good. This is 2017. Restaurant staff shouldn't have to be reminded to wash their hands.

Waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was great, and I am picky about my Mexican food, since my first exposure was homemade in SoCal. Of note: ask for the warm homemade corn tortillas to sop up your sauces. Made as you wait! Overall very pleasant experience. Will definitely return if we are in the neighborhood.

Family birthday destination for decades! Food always delicious and wait staff personable. Can get loud. Have early dinner and it's quieter.
