Earl is a fabulous attorney.  I was very nervous about protecting my son and divorcing my wife of 13 years.  Earl helped me understand all of my options and navigated me through some very difficult situations.  When we finally got our court date I was well prepared but very nervous.  I essentially trusted Earl to ensure my interests were protected and found out afterwards that he did just that.  I am extremely happy with his work and have already recommended him to a friend who needed a great attorney.  He gets my highest recommendation.

I introduced Earl to a good friend and coworker and he did a great job helping him straighten out some old matters with his child support. Solid guys! Good to work with. They take care of business!

This guy is a joke! My wife and i seperated, and mutually went to this attorney and agreed to a civil divorce, the total price was to be $925.00. I paid the retainer of $450.00, and he filed the documents. Shortly thereafter, my wife and i reconciled, so she called him to have the divorce dismissed. He claimed she had to sign papers, and instructed her to come in. When she went in, he tried to persuade her to follow thru with the divorce, it almost seemed he was interested in her personally, which made her feel very uncomfortable. When she declined, he told her she had to pay the FULL balance on the divorce, even though he did less than half the work! We then demanded an itemized statement, which he argued with us about, and still to this day, he has yet to file the paperwork to dismiss the divorce! Beware!!

In response to your response, this review is 100% accurate, so i will not be editing it as you ask. I totally understand nothing is free, and have no objection to paying the actual cost involved, once we get an invoice, and agree to the fees. The paperwork was drawn up once, if it was done more than that, it was errors on your end. We put everything in writing for the papers when we consulted your firm....nothing changed during that time. I  noticed you said nothing about the filing of the dismissal, that was requested 3 weeks ago, is this a typical practice of your firm to not do what your clients request?

Tim and Earl did an amazing job handling my divorce and child custody case.  Their professionalism was phenomenal all while being down-to-earth and easy-going to calm my nerves.  They were both attentive and responsive in email and calls, along with when I would drop by their office.  They were informative on what I could and couldn't do or should and shouldn't do to get the best possible outcome for my situation.  I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Garrett handled the guardianship of my soon to be 18 yrs old daughter. He is a very understanding and kind gentleman. The fees are very affordable.  He put me at ease and was very helpful in making sure I understood what I needed to do. I would highly recommend his services.
