We had Will Prettyman represent us for a step-parent adoption. He was knowledgeable and detailed. Will and Susi had to do a ton of follow up to get the biological dad to forfeit rights. I have no idea how they succeeded, but I am thankful they were the ones dealing with it instead of me. Our son was nervous about going into the judges chambers and Will even spent 30 minutes talking to our son about what would happen to ease his concerns. We are happy customers!

Malpractice= See Webster for definition or just hire one of the lawyer's here and see it first hand . Then you can listen to the runaround they will give you and how even if they mess up (paperwork) how you are still going to pay for the extra time spent fixing it. And when your lawyer is found in contempt for not having paperwork into the court in the allotted time they where given then basically it your fault ( the client ) . And if you make a phone call to your lawyer about a mistake you caught that they made on your court order. Guess what more charges!! Plus if you ask your lawyer to file for contempt on the other party maybe just maybe a month later you will get a response. But the best part is when someone you know that is not even part of the case post a review, because they know how bad this law firm is working you (the client) over. They will call the client and threaten them that if the post is not taken down that they will no longer represent them and all money is still owed!

I had Ben Crabtree defend me in a few cases. I always found him prepared professional and willing to explain the process to me. While I hope to not need his services again I will not hesitate to have him represent me.

I don't know about the other attorneys at this firm but having William Prettyman as a partner they should consider starting a new firm. Prettyman is an a typical attorney who is as low as a snake can get. Within a 24 hour period I was assaulted by an employee on the job with a witness present and police report filed, I had my van hit by the individual who assaulted me with a company vehicle where we both worked. My company vehicle, which required a Haz-mat and tanker endorsement to drive, had all the slack adjusters but the left front backed out at least 5 turns caused me to run a red light but thankfully no one was injured. I had video evidence of harassment and more damage to other property which took place over the course of three months because everytime he got around me he harrassed me and the company was doing nothing from management to fix the issue. Only after I sent pictures of the trucks and bumpers which matched perfectly and the exact place my vehicle was hit to corporate did someone offer to fix my van (4 months after it had been hit.) Within 2 weeks of communicating with corporate I was given a choice to work five hours away or not work anymore. After going home and talking to my wife I decided to take their offer for a while to prove to the company that I was not the issue. Calling the next day @ 8:00 a.m I was told I should have been on the job at 6:00 a.m. and that I did have a job no more. I knew Mr. Prettyman from softball and talked to him about representing me. He sent me paperwork to sign and I signed it and brought it to him. I investigated my assaulter through the FOI Act and found numerous police reports involving assault and weapons over the last five years which I made available to Prettyman including one which happened just before I was assaulted. I spent great detail recording and timelining phone calls which supported my story of harrassment and reporting it to management. Mr. Prettyman drup his feet for three months doing nothing. After three months he finally included me on an email which was to their attorney which showed me he was working on my behalf. I left him alone to do his job but he never once communicated with me in a year. I could have picked up a check for close to $1800 for the damages to my van but that would have meant me signing a waiver of other damages which is why I hired him to represent me. After not communicating with me in 9 months he told me I was the reason I lost my job and that he was no longer going to represent me in this case against my employer. I never paid him a dime because he never billed me for anything and that was our agreement that I signed. My advice to any American seeking an attorney for representation is to stay as far away from this POS as you can. He did not even return all the documents I gave him on my case. My guess is he didn't have them anymore.
