I ordered a Christmas Cactus over the phone for a friend who just lost her husband.    When it arrived, it was in a cheap, white plastic hanging basket.  I personally haven’t seen a Christmas Cactus in a hanging pot.  When I ordered the plant they did not ask me what kind of pot I wanted the plant in.  I just assumed it would be in a nice basket or pot.  I was embarrassed when I saw the picture of what was sent.  Needless to say, I am very disappointed and unhappy!  I would not use them again!

Several months ago my brother died having been married for 50 years. I called to order the flowers and told the lady to use her best judgement but it need to be something happy as my sister in law was already so sad. Linda told me that the order delivered was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen. Thank you. Best money I ever spent and it did not break me.

Went here today to try to order $500-600 worth of flowers with my grieving family for my fathers funeral. We met at the door by one of the rudest men I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with who was screaming about us trying to come in the wrong door. Mind, we are grieving and not really in our right mind. So extremely rude and unempathetic. We left and drove across town to another florist who helped us and gladly took my money. Just unbelievable. Buyer beware

Just got off the phone to ask a question about getting flowers sent to a funeral and yes, it is short notice but the guy told me "We are not machines" in those exact words then hung up on me. He wouldn't even let me finish talking. I have never been treated like this when trying to order flowers. I will NOT be calling them for ANYTHING. Shame on me for trying someone other than the Welborn Florist who always treated me with respect especially when ordering for a funeral. I will stoop low and go to WalMart to get something before calling these people. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I have to in order for this review to be posted.
