My family and I ordered a dozen yellow roses from them this week for my dearest friend and Sister who’s Mother passed away unexpectedly.  Let me give them a shout out for such a beautiful bouquet of roses!!!!!!  They were absolutely gorgeous and delivered right on time.  Thank you once again for a excellent job well done!!! Ordered a garden stone for my boss. His mother passed. My wife went in and ordered it. First off they misspelled our last name after she spelled it for them twice. Secondly they sent a poinsettia instead of a garden stone. Will never use this place again. Very upset I spent a bunch of money on a stupid plant.

I ordered a remembrance stone to be delivered to a friend who's mother had just passed. Paid 86.00 and they sent a poinsettia Instead! When I called to ask what happened I was told they put "a remembrance stone or something similar" on the order. How is a poinsettia similar and why wasn't I called?? This is very disappointing and i will never do business with these people again!!!

My fiancée purchased a beautiful bouquet with hydrangeas, daisys, and large blooms through their website for my birthday as a surprise.  They called letting him know that specific arrangement wasn't available, he sad ok it's for her birthday and it just needs to be similar flowers and really pretty. What showed up is eight small roses and tons of green filler. The arrangement that arrived is nothing comparable to what he ordered and there was no price adjustment or refunded. I am so disappointed in this and how they handled this situation. We will not be returning customers.
