I don't recommend ordering the salty snack bouquet.  It arrived to my husband today MISSING the Happy Birthday balloon and the items in the basket were nothing close to the picture on the website.  It looked just like a bunch of chips, thrown into a basket.  Instead of being proud for his coworkers to see it, I am mortified at what he received.   Huge disappointment and not even close to worth the $30.00+ I sent.  Phoned to request a refund on the balloon and didn't even get an apology.  Very poor service.  Will never use them again.

Sent my girlfriend the romance package and paid $20.00 extra to have them send a stuffed animal with the flowers. Got the flowers but no stuffed animal. Very disappointed about this especially with as much money as I just spent. Will be calling tomorrow asking for a refund!!!!!

I had the "Because I Love You" flower arrangement sent to my wife yesterday.  What she got was nothing like the arrangement picture on your website.  The vase was not red, it was clear.  It did not have as many roses and daisy's as in the description, plus had some purple flowers that were not supposed to be in it.  The heart was very small and cheap looking unlike the picture on your website.  I was greatly embarrassed and fill as if I got ripped off.
