Ken is the absolute best real estate agent I’ve worked with (and I’ve worked with a lot).   My partner and I were coming in from Chicago and on short notice, Ken was able to juggle his schedule to accommodate our aggressive search for a place in the Fort Lauderdale area.  

He knew we were anxious to make a decision and could have just shown us 2-3 places.  Instead he took the time to consult with us and make sure we were making an informed decision.   He went above-and-beyond his typical responsibilities in showing us out-of-towners the area, explaining some of the history and pointing out places of interest.   

His attention didn’t end when the contract was signed either, he knew we were traveling back-and-forth and made extra effort to keep us informed and on track until closing.    I highly recommend Ken Calhoun and wouldn’t consider buying my next place in Florida with anyone else!

Ken is a great real estate agent.  I first met him 3 years ago when I was first interested in buying a condo.  As it turned out, I decided not to buy at that time.  But in June of this year I contacted Ken again and said I was definitely going to buy this time.  Because of his excellent skills (he really knows the market, is patient, fun to work with and genuinely concerned about doing what is right for his clients), there was no need to contact another agent.  Within 2 months I was able to close on a new condo. Ken was very helpful throughout the entire process, from identifying and showing only the apts that matched my criteria, to assisting in the closing. I highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a condo in Ft Lauderdale.

Ken is the best realtor in Florida!!!  Ken provides top notch full realtor service to all his clients.  We recently just purchased an investment/retirement property in Oakland Park all the way from Toronto, Canada!  It was a short sale so it took almost 11 months but Ken was keeping us updated and informed throughout the process.  We felt very comfortable working with Ken and he was very good at getting back to us promptly (even though we had a lot of questions!)  We couldn't have found our dream vacation home without Ken.  I would highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a property near Fort Lauderdale!!!

Ken was a great help in my purchase of a property in Wilton Station.  He has also been very generous with his time post-closing in providing data for a tax appeal and in helping to find a local insurance agent and other service providers.  I think he is head and shoulders above the average real estate agent in Ft. Lauderdale.  His follow through is top notch and I would especially recommend Ken to out-of-town buyers who are not familiar with the area.  Ken is a native of Florida and he knows the territory.
